The BBQ Pit Boys show you the "tips and tricks" to help you easily serve up the "best steak anywhere", the Rib Eye Steak. What makes the Rib Eye #1 for many? The Rib Eye steak, or ribeye, also known as the Delmonico or Scotch Fillet (Australia), is a beef steak from the small end of the rib roast. When the Rib Eye section of the beef is cut into steaks, it is one of the most popular, tender and juiciest steaks available. This is because the meat from the rib section is tender and fattier or "marbled" more than most other parts of the steer. This extra fat makes Rib Eye steaks and roasts especially tender and flavorful. The Rib Eye steak is usually served bone-in, particularly at high quality steakhouses -the extra moisture and fat alongside the bone enhances the flavor. So get yourself some 1 to 11/2 lb and 11/2"-2" thick Rib Eye steaks --and then go "fire up" that BBQ grill of yours -it's time for some real STEAK On The Barbecue. Visit BookVideos.tv to watch more videos about your favorite authors and books! Seventy-five years ago, a St. Louis widow named Irma Rombauer took her life savings and self-published a book called The Joy of Cooking. Her daughter Marion tested recipes and made the illustrations, and they sold their mother-daughter project from Irma's apartment. Today, nine revisions later, the Joy of Cooking -- selected by The New York Public Library as one of the 150 most important and influential books of the twentieth century -- has taught tens of millions of people to cook, helped feed and delight millions beyond that, answered countless kitchen and food questions, and averted many a cooking crisis.

To complete this How-To you will need: A cooked turkey A cutting board A carving knife A serving tray Step 1: Carve in the kitchen Keep the turkey in the kitchen after it's cooked to let it cool slightly and the juices redistribute. Slicing that bird is a greasy, messy proposition, so keep your guests out of the splatter zone. Step 2: Remove the legs Place the turkey on a cutting board breast-side up. As you pull one leg away from the bird, slice through the skin and the joint connecting it to the body. Repeat with the other leg. Tip: Use a long, sharp carving knife. A short, dull blade will take longer, shred the meat, and increase your chance of injury. Step 3: Cut the leg meat Cut through the leg joint to separate the thigh from the drumstick, and set the drumstick aside. Cut as much meat as you can off the thighbone, trying to keep it in one large piece. Cut against the grain to create slices about a quarter of an inch thick. Step 4: Cut off the wings Pull one wing away from the body of the bird, and cut ...
