Rub the outside and inside cavity with the rub. 4. Tuck the wing tips under. 5. Fill a beer can stand with 1/2 a can of beer, or use a 1/2 filled beer can. 6. Holding the chicken upright, slide it over the stand/can so it fits inside the cavity. 7. Cook with the grill closed for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

In a food processor, combine the scotch bonnet, scallions, garlic, ginger, thyme, tumeric, allspice, ketchup, juice from 2 limes, and pineapple or orange juice. Blend until the ingredients are well combined, about 30 seconds. 2. In a large bowl, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. 3. Cover the chicken with the marinade and cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. 4. Heat the grill to medium heat. 5. Grill the chicken for about 20-30 minutes or until its juices run clear when the meat is pierced with a knife.

For three days, chocolate was the star of a food festival where pastry cooks mixed with curious and hungry visitors. During the opening night on Thursday (May 14), eighty Belgian pastry cooks joined forces to display a dazzling line of pralines. 10000 pralines were needed to form the 25 metre line, which quickly disappeared as visitors picked and chose which chocolate to take home or taste with a glass of champagne. If chocolate was first discovered in Latin America, the praline was invented in Belgium by Jean Neuhaus, organisers of the event Barry Callebaut said. In 1912, Belgian chocolate maker Neuhaus invented a chocolate shell that he could fill with cream or nut pastes: the praline was born. Belgium brand Leonidas then trivialised chocolate by selling it at a lower prices through window sales. And a few years later, Belgium also invented the chocolate bar by reducing the size of chocolate tablets, organisers said. As a result, the sales of Belgian chocolate rapidly increased first on the streets of Brussels then throughout Europe. Belgium became one of the world's top destination of chocolate lovers. Another highlight of the food event was the Belgium pre-selection of the World Chocolate Masters competition. In Brussels, eleven pastry cooks competed to create chocolate sculpture inspired by the theme 'haute couture'. Place the foil roasting pan on the grill and add butter, garlic, shallots, dry white wine, and crushed red peppers and stir. 4. Now add the mussels and clams in an even layer. 5. Cook until the mussels and clams open, about 8-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Ingredients bamboo skewers 1 lb of shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined 1 lb of scallops, cleaned with muscle removed 1 bunch of green onions, cut into 2 in long pieces 12 cherry tomatoes 1 piece of fresh ginger, grated 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar 3 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp of sesame oil 2 tbsp of brown sugar 2 cloves of garlic, minced black pepper, to taste 1 lemon, cut into wedges 1 lime, cut into wedges Instructions 1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. 2. Thread the shrimp, green onion, tomato and scallop, onto the skewers. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour half of the mixture over the kabobs and marinate at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Reserve the other half of the mixture to baste the kabobs while grilling. 4. Prepare a charcoal grill to medium heat. 5. Place the skewers on the grill and season with fresh black pepper. Turn once and brush with the soy mixture. 6. Cook until opaque throughout, about 6-8 minutes. Take off of the grill and serve with lemon or lime wedges.

How-to make Deviled Eggs. This is a simple recipe you can makes that is a great appetizer to serve to your guest. Ingredients 2 cups of all purpose flour 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp of granulated sugar 1 tbsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, if desired 1 2/3 cups of milk 1/3 cup of melted butter 2 eggs Imstructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, if desired. 2. Add milk, melted butter and eggs. Mix until moistened. Some lumps may remain. 3. Set a preheated waffle baker to 3 minutes and 45 seconds. Spread 1 cup of batter on the top side of the waffle baker. 4. Close the top; start the timer and rotate the baker. 5. Fill the second side of the baker; rotate again. 6. When signal sounds, remove the first waffle. Remove the second waffle. 7. Repeat with remaining batter.
