In a blender combine the chocolate chips, egg substitute and vanilla. 2. Now scald half and half in a medium saucepan just until bubbles form around the edge. 3. Pour the cream over the chip mixture. 4. Blend on liquefy for 20-25 seconds or until smooth. 5. Pour the chocolate mixture into 4 small cups. 6. Refrigerate until set, about 4-6 hours.

How to make Beef Bourguignonne. Beef Bourguignon. Beef Bourguignonne is the perfect dish for dinner. Ingredients 1 lb of quality beef, cubed salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 lb of pearl onions 2 medium carrots,sliced 3/4 tsp of marjoram 3/4 tsp of thyme 4 tbsp of parsley 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 bay leaf 4-5 slices of bacon 3/4 cup of red wine 1 cup of beef broth 2 tbsp of tomato paste 1/4 cup of flour 12 oz of mushrooms, quartered Instructions 1. Season the cubed beef with salt and pepper. 2. Add the seasoned beef to a medium glass bowl and combine with the pearl onions, carrots, marjoram, thyme, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, red wine. Stir and cover. Let this marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator. 3. In a skillet, cook 4-5 slices of bacon and then cut the bacon into pieces. 4. To a slow cooker, add the meat mixture, bacon pieces, red wine and beef broth. 5. Next add tomato paste. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Stir everything together and then cover. 8. This stew can cook for between 4 and 8 hours depending on your schedule. 9. Towards the end of the cooking process, blend the flour with beef stock from the pot to make a sluree. Ingredients 4 large yellow or Vidalia onions, thinly sliced 6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp of sugar 2 quarts of beef broth 1/2 cup brandy (optional) 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted swiss cheese, either emmenthal or gruyere Instructions 1. Slice 4 large onions, using a tight, thin slice. 2. In a large dutch oven, add extra virgin olive oil to coat the pan and then add the onions. Cook them over medium heat for 12 minutes, until they're tender and golden. 3. Add brandy if you like and let the alcohol burn off. 4. Next add sugar and beef broth, cover and bring to a boil. 5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 12 minutes. 6. Ladle the soup into a bowl. 7. Place a slice of baguette on top. 8. Cover with shredded gruyere and place slices of emmenthal over. 9. Place the bowls on a baking pan and broil until the cheese is melted.

How to make Egg Pasta. Making fresh pasta is an age old process that every home cook should know how do. Its simple, fast and fun and homemade noodles take just a minute to cook! Ingredients 2 1/4 cups of flour 1 tbsp of salt 3 eggs Ingredients 1. In a stand mixer with a flat beater attached, combine flour and salt. 2. Set the mixer to stir and mix briefly. 3. Add the eggs and mix until the dough forms into a ball. 4. Remove the dough and wrap in plastic wrap. Let it rest for 20 minutes before working with it. 5. When the dough has properly rested, cut it into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece slightly. 6. Attach the pasta roller to your stand mixer and start to work your dough through one piece at a time. 7. While running the dough through, fold it into thirds to make the edges even. 8. Repeat this fold and run through the roller processes 3-4 more times. 9. Run the dough through without folding once, this will help make the dough more consistent and elastic. 10. Run the dough through each level from 1-9. This will give the dough a toothsome texture. 11. Once the dough is thoroughly worked and flattened out, you can attach your desired pasta cutting tool. 12. Set to speed 4 and run the sheet of dough through the cutter. 13. Lay the cut pasta down and sprinkle with flour giving it a little toss to coat.
